WHAT WE LEARNED TODAY....
Aden: I learned how to make objects in Alice Programming move.
Keenrruy:i learned how to animate objects in alice program.
Alex:I learned how people make video games
Corden: I learned how to program on alice
MS. Riggs: moving object on and off the screen takes trial and error and frustrating when you still can't get it to do what you want! (right Aden? lol)
We are learning and doing it though! Exciting!!!
Know that we had great sound to enhance our creations, however...the export video on Alice does not retain the sound :(

Final Reflection Alice camp:
I am so Proud of these cubs! They have amazed me with what they have learned and created with ALice Programming. For example; Aden lost all of his work from day 1 (at least 3 hours of work) and had to recreate it all...took him 15 minutes!!!
What we would do different next time:
Make it interactive - Ken
Add more objects-Alex
Be more creative -Braeden
Will be able to spend more over a period of days - entire group
Figure out how objects can go into objects, like enter a house -Aden
Be able to add more scenes (worlds)
use voice recording - Corey
How we plan on using Alice in the fall:
I want to engage my STLP students in finding a way to use Alice for our Project. I will also use this as our Cub Clubs project where our 4th and 5th grade (group of elected students) will have a week long special area time to learn and create in Alice.
